Really great - My Citroen booked in this week for Cam belt / Water pump & Full service. Took car in at 8.30 - talked with James & mentioned previous conversation with Karen regarding scuttle needing to be cleaned out of leaves etc. James assured me he would keep me updated during the day. I received a call from James suggesting the auxiliary belt also be replaced which I agreed.I was advised to collect the car at 5pm which I did. All work was completed at a reasonable price and I feel confident in using EJM to look after our car in the future - and "big-up" to James for his communication and explanation - Well done Darren & crew......
