Always very slow to answer the phone and as much as i am a computer savvy person; I prefer not to be pushed towards doing everything online.
Visited Desborough & Rothwell a few times for myself and my daughter. I haven't encountered issues others have mentioned with appointment availability and the reception staff managed to book us both in with different staff at similar times. Both doctors and nurses practioners were very good. Online booking worked for me too so I could schedule a non-urgent problem around my work. Seems like a good practice to me.
Rude receptionist, when trying to make an appointment to see a doctor. Completely unprofessional. Receptionists needs more training when it comes to patients, especially when asking personal questions.
Terrible service in answering the phone and never enough appointments.80 times of trying to get through then very arrogant sounding ladies answered.just rang Rothwell and got through first time to the queline which at least tells you were you are and how long it may take.desborough should learn from this
