I have been into Marks shop a few times for small jewellery repairs. I have always been very happy with the staff and service. Most recently I asked him to have a look at heavy silver bracelet with a toggle bar fastening which kept coming undone. Mark offered professional advice and made design suggestions in keeping with the style of the bracelet. He also offered a range of cost options. Mark and the team are fantastic. The shop is a real gem for our town. They have made my wedding ring to fit around a funny shape engagement ring. They could not have been more helpful making sure it was a good fit and look. Having the ring made was no more expensive than getting one from a high street chain store.
