Went into the council office that's in the library today. The young lady that helped me was great. She sorted me out straight away and went out of her way to help me. Great customer service. I also used the computers and all staff were friendly. Thank you
Excellent, the staff are helpful and we always made to feel welcome. my two little boys love going there. Also love the coffee/drinks idea.
