I recently had a problem with the NHS regarding a ppc. I got in touch with Mohammed who was absolutely brilliant and resolved the matter directly with the NHS. Cannot fault his efficiency and customer care.
Constantly mess up the ordering of my prescription so i only get part of it, the exception to this is on Saturday when Hitesh is in, no silly excuses he gets things done & gives superb customer service, when Hitesh is in 5 stars +++.
